Clothing & Physical Products

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.


Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable guides, PDFs, courses, and digital content, are delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Order Cancellations

Physical product orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our returns process outlined above.

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered.
